  Came here twice and both times my hash browns were old, soggy, and gross. Than I ordered a pepper bacon sandwich and it was COLD. Cheese wasn’t melted. Just nasty. Get it together! If you hate your job find a new one! The manager here needs to just start over.

  Whoever was working 4/17/26, my toast was so absolutely loaded and crispy. Best I’ve ever had any day. My drink was very flavorful and fresh, I should have gotten a large. Whoever was working at 3:50pm deserve gold star recognition…share your knowledge with the rest of the staff lol my orders are always good, but today caught me off guard as the best I’ve probably ever had 😌😂

  Mary needs to go! She is never happy to welcome a new customer . Is always looking angry and when she talks to you . When you do talk to her face to face she is curt and ill tempered. Please do us all a favor and hire a manager that enjoys customer service.

  So I ordered two chocolate long johns hash brown and a very strawberry refresher, the chocolate long johns were okay nothing special the hash browns were absolutely disgusting they taste like they were put in the microwave to be heated and they were mushy and gross, the berries strawberry refresher tasted like very watered down a fruit punch. And they seem like they are in a hurry they're basically throwing your stuff at you it was not a good experience.

  The lady that works there that looks about 60 has short bleach blonde hair was extremely rude to me. I asked for my bagels and avacado toast to be done a little longer (because I know they take them out before full cook time always cold lately) she told me they can’t do that because they will be burnt and the aren’t allowed to and said “do you want them or not?!” I said I would. I got “toast” it was absolutely not even warm I picked it up it folded over its self. It was plain old bread. I came inside nobody wanted to make eye contact with me as if it was some kind of prank? She grabbed it from me made a new one did not apologize or anything then dropped it on the counter (the new one that was slightly more toasted could still fold in half but at least it was warm) I just can’t believe how someone like that can be employed in customer service. Side note: unfortunately I love the breakfast options they have And also other employees have heated things for longer when I’ve asked, she’s the only one who has ever said they aren’t allowed to but I came back in and she heated it longer anyways so she’s lying or breaking rules. Super sad because I love Dunkin but can’t be treated that way
