Both of them was messing with things behind the counter. I stood there over 10 minutes and neither one asked for my order. I finally said I guess I didn't want a sub and walked out. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Didn’t get my food until an entire half an hour later meaning time from placing the order to fulfillment was 45 minutes. They were somewhat busy but not that busy. One lady was on and was doing her best. Another guy then came in from break or something? He took FOREVER. I think he actually slowed down the process even more because the lady had to keep helping him. I have never seen someone make sandwiches so slow, no exaggeration! It really is a shame because this location used to be quite solid.
