  This McDonald’s is horrible ‼️ the man in window with the most unnecessary attitude while on the phone (cell phone on his ear In between his shoulder) needs a new job because he obviously hates his current job. I ordered 2 large drinks with my meal and was given 1 large drink along with a medium drink, I kindly told him I had 2 large drinks the man proceeded to slam the door and walk away without even responding, then returned with my receipt to say I was charged for 1 medium and 1 large, I told him it was a mistake and I asked for 2 large drinks and would pay the difference. The man just rolled his eyes snatched the cup and returned with the large. Just an unnecessary unpleasant start to my morning ‼️

  Order food on the app at 9 16 pm and took more than 20 minutes for the order to be ready . This isn't a fast food . No explanation and no apologies . Probably they were understaffed at that time even though they close at 1100 pm . They were cleaning up the tables and putting chairs on the table also .

  I had a pretty large order and they had it perfect. The guy in front of me brought his order up and they tried to fix it twice and he was getting angry.

  Waited twenty minutes for a freaking pie! At a near empty store that looked overstaffed and four workers had to come out and ask my wife what she was waiting for.... honestly disgusted with the whole mcdonalds franchise in the dells. Cant get decent service anywhere anymore.
