- MTMatt Timmons1 day ago1.0I mean... It's the same as everyone else, except this time, I got attitude. I got a single order of fries. I asked for them to be fresh. They weren't, they were almost cold. I went back through and said that my fries were cold. Immediately the AI voice goes away, and the lady inside said "sir, we JUST pulled those out". She said she couldn't do new ones through the drive thru, and I'd have to come in. So, I went in, and she said it again. I told her she's welcome to try them, but she grabs my bag off the counter and throws it in the trash giving me a disgruntled look. Wouldn't acknowledge anything. I try one of the fries they "made fresh", all of which took place in less than two minutes. The "made fresh" ones were just older fries tossed in the fryer. Kinda embarrassing that they thought they could "pull a fast one" with old fries. Having worked fast food, it's pretty obvious. I know the tricks, and while they may have thought they were fresh fries, they didn't even bother to troubleshoot anything. I was just wrong from the get go. Not a great experience.

- SASherry AndersonNov 26, 20254.0I was converted to loving, loving Wendy’s breakfast, the Baconator Is the only thing I like to get there and I love the seasoned fries however I was very disappointed today that they were all out of the Swiss cheese sauce so the sandwich is extremely dry. I heard others being told that too in the drive-through. Whoever does ordering you have to get the stuff right otherwise I am 100% happy with Wendy’s. It’s clean inside. The drive-through is efficient and I’ve got my kids coming here weekly or more now for breakfast so we want to keep Wendy’s growing. Let’s not run out of stuff. I guess one other issue today on top of not having the cheese sauce as there is no ketchup in the dining room for the seasoned fries.
