  There are always kids working huddled and talking having you wait 15 mins for basic menu options. They are busy fooling around talking and not working there needs to be a better supervisory oversight at this location because this happened multiple times. There is not any customer service friendly ethics either. Just calculated dry replies and fooling around. Definitely not spending anymore money there. Absolutely horrible!

  The place is very small there's only three or four tables for people to sit down and eat so it's much better to order your food and pick it up or go to the window. They do have ways to order inside and then pick it up or you can go to the cashier and order it's not a bad place to eat they have some really great deals! It's just that they tend to run out of food a lot certain items that you are interested in

  always double check your orders before you drive away they are notorious for messing up your order in the drive-thru they have messed up my order every single time that I have been there Wendy’s is a good franchise. This location really needs some training.

  I mean... It's the same as everyone else, except this time, I got attitude. I got a single order of fries. I asked for them to be fresh. They weren't, they were almost cold. I went back through and said that my fries were cold. Immediately the AI voice goes away, and the lady inside said "sir, we JUST pulled those out". She said she couldn't do new ones through the drive thru, and I'd have to come in. So, I went in, and she said it again. I told her she's welcome to try them, but she grabs my bag off the counter and throws it in the trash giving me a disgruntled look. Wouldn't acknowledge anything. I try one of the fries they "made fresh", all of which took place in less than two minutes. The "made fresh" ones were just older fries tossed in the fryer. Kinda embarrassing that they thought they could "pull a fast one" with old fries. Having worked fast food, it's pretty obvious. I know the tricks, and while they may have thought they were fresh fries, they didn't even bother to troubleshoot anything. I was just wrong from the get go. Not a great experience.

  Every time Ive gone to wendys which has been 3 times now they have been out of Frosties. They had like 6 different lemonade options but not the one thing that they are known for. Definitely not going to try again.
