- SSSangita SJul 7, 20132.0I like Subways as they seem healthy option when you are out and about for weeks at a time. However, this Subway staff was very rude. We got 2 foot longs, and in one they forgot to put Tomatoes, and in other they did not put Black Olives. I asked the girl who was making it to put it, she said "I already did and if you want more, you have to pay extra". I said "Ok, I will pay. Can you please put it.". She still did not put it and told me that she did. I paid $1 for extra olives. When I got the sandwich, I opened and showed it to her, and her manager (who I asked to come outside and check it) and there was not even one olive in whole foot long sandwich. I told her to put Oil and Vinegar and she did not. We were the only customers at that time and there were three ladies at the counter -- all laughing, talking and giggling to themselves, rather than listening to what we were saying. Absolutely worst service in my 30 years of eating out. I run a thriving business and these kind of employees will be fired immediately.
