I called the number listed when I arrived and I got hung up on. I eventually got a person with a Hindi accent who said she was in another location but would make sure someone would be out with my pizza within 5 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and finally went into the store to see what was going on. My 7 year old was getting hungry and restless by that time. I waited several minutes without being helped when finally a staff person told me that they were running behind on orders. After an hour after ordering, I finally got my food. They did not charge me for the order, but by the time I got home with pizza, it was after 8 pm. There were several staff people working, but none of them seemed to have any direction on what they were supposed to be doing, so a few people were standing around. It seemed like they were running behind because no one knew what they should be doing.
