  This place is a dumpster fire 🔥 Adding on to the myriad of bad reviews, we ordered on the app so there are no questions about what was ordered. But they can't or won't execute the order. My sandwich was missing the bacon (paid extra for it of course) and wasn't toasted. Both are listed on the receipt. Second sandwich instructions were also ignored. After calling to make a complaint, we were told we could have store credit at this exact location.... we're in a tourist town, on vacation, leaving before they open again 😑 What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go to Jersey Mike's.

  Our subs were delicious! They were exactly what we ordered and were made really well! We had two Country Clubs. The service was great! They were kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the environment was comfortable. There are a few long tables and a few booths. There is not A LOT of seating here. But, it was a great visit, and we would recommend this Jimmy John’s.

  Ordered two sandwiches, a drink, and a cookie at 8:15pm. Website and google say they’re open till 9pm. I don’t think that’s pushing it for a company that claims to be “freaky fast”. Manager on duty calls me after a few minutes to tell me they already shut off their oven and are about to close so they’re cancelling the order. They couldn’t handle making two sandwiches within 45 minutes. I told them to just not toast the one sub and the person told me she couldn’t hear what I was saying, but she was able to hear me when I gave up and said fine whatever. NO JIMMY JOHNS CORPORATE BOT, I WILL NOT GO TO YOUR WEBSITE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER. THEYRE THE ONES WHO CANCELLED MY ORDER.

  My son ordered the Cubano and ended up with a completely different sandwich and the woman that took his order said no, that was what he ordered when it wasn’t. Staff wasn’t willing to fix the mistake or even admit there was a mistake made on their end.

  Food was on par for Jimmy John's, pretty much want you'd expect. Jennifer was super kind and patient as we worked through some issues with the app.
