Very rarely do we ever go to McDonald's as it was literally our last choice on a Friday night after a late wrestling tournament. A&W, DQ, Hardee's and Culvers were all closed and we reluctantly pulled into the McDonald's drive through at 10:11 pm and place our order for my son and myself. Nothing too difficult and no ice cream either. We pulled up to the drive trough window paid for our food and waited for over 23 minutes for our food. We overheard the front counter worker remind the drive through girl 3 times that she might want to take care of her drive through customers. When she finally handed us our now cold food I had to ask twice for our drinks as well. Very rarely do i ever complain but something was seriously lacking that evening and a simple sincere apology goes a long way. Again our mistake for expecting fast food at a McDonald's!

I usually come and order one thing. Most days there is maybe 1 person in the drive through. It takes about 10 minutes to get a drink not even food… I started ordering ahead, and that didn’t change either. I also tried to order inside, and the doors were locked at 5:55 when they open at 5.

Made my order for breakfast and they told me I couldn't get off the breakfast menu. Mind you, I had to wait to make my order and it was just a simple sandwich and an extra hash brown. Horrible service. I have also gotten my order wrong in the past with easy customizations (ex no pickle) and they never follow through.
