Yet the staff has an attitude with you asking for you to speak up like it’s our problem that their speaker is shot. Then if you go inside you just hear the more senior staff yell at the new hires while they are struggling to help a customer. No patience for training or coaching the new hires. No surprise they can’t keep employees. When you ask for a smoothie that’s on the menu, the proceed to give a shake even after confirming multiple times for a smoothie not a shake.
