  Ordered my food for inside and when i got here all the doors were locked so I went to the window and they talked to me like i was being a burden for asking for my food they told me to just get in line and it’ll be ready and the line takes 45 minutes (not exaggerating) to get through, was late back to work, and the people don’t even talk at the drive thru speaker and you just have to keep asking them to do their job. Horrible experience in every aspect, but the food does taste good it’s taco bell

  ordered food on mobile app 10 minutes before i got to taco bell, they had their lobby closed and told us to wait in the 10 car long line, sat in line for over 30 minutes just to get cold food and deal with a moody employee, do not go here

  Made 2 online orders and was met with a really rude worker at the speaker, it was 9:30pm and no cars in line. Once we got to the window she told us they didn’t have our soda, we asked about what other sodas they had instead and she was extremely rude about asking for a certain soda. We then got our soda it was wrong, once we told her and she was aggressive. She slammed the door after giving us our first order. After our second order we asked her for her name for obviously wanting to write a great review ;) She wouldn’t give us her name and slammed the door, again. Overall just very disgusting customer service :/

  Im very disappointed in the service I received. I came to this Taco Bell at 11:00pm. I came through the drive through. As I was ordering I asked for a chicken quesadilla with what I assumed was no jalapeno sauce. I asked the worker if that’s what it was because I wanted to make sure my order was correct. The worker had not responded for at least 30 seconds to a minute. That prompted me to ask again if that’s what was on the quesadilla. The worker responded “ya” with a disgusted tone. I had asked the worker if she could make sure that wasn’t on the quesadilla. The worker responded “I already did 🙄” in a very rude tone. I had decided that due to the poor service and attitude from the worker that I was going to leave. As I was leaving the worker walked over the seating area and pulled out her phone. POOR SERVICE. THANK GOD I WONT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. Would do 0 stars if that was an option.

  My food was terribly prepared. They closed their lobby which I had my food set for pickup inside. I wasn't able to pickup my food in a timely manner so I had to go through the drive through to pickup. I had to wait for a long time to get to the window. Upon getting there they only gave me two drinks and I had to explain to the worker how there was 3 and not 2 drinks which took a while for them to comprehend. Due to this I was concerned all my food wasn't there but due to now wanting to hold up the line I left home. Getting home and inspecting my food, I got to find out they didn't give me my 2 chicken chalupa supreme. I had ordered a total of 2 luxe boxes and 1 build your own box. I called later and upon picking the lady just says you'll have to call back in 30 minutes because I only have one other worker and we'll have more later. I call 30 minutes later twice and they decide to just never pickup my call. Terrible service and not acknowledgement of apologies received.
