  *deleted previous review from 2 years ago to make a new/updated one* Went with some friends and the kids for a B1G1 night, and our server, Jessica, was phenomenal. She was very attentive and often came to check on us for refills, when she saw our cups empty-ish. It wasnt too much, but just when we thought we needed something else, she was right there to serve. The food was absolutely wonderful. Great tasting, temp'd to taste. The only "not so great" thing I must say about this experience, are the bathrooms could definitely use some TLC. Outside of that, our visit was great. Thanks Jessica for your service tonight!

  Friday, February 20, 2026. 7:11 PM Employees are standing around and joking. No one came over to take our order or offer us drinks. I see two employees one sitting down both had their arms crossed, and the other was leaning up against the wall, regardless of their waitress or not it still looks really bad when you’re not getting any service. Figured I would look up reviews and the first one that popped up with someone saying it took an hour for them to be waited on. First time hearing indefinitely, won’t come back everybody else. Good luck. P.S. now I totally understand why there was nobody in there Friday night🤣

  It took about 2 1/3 hours for food to get delivered. And when I called it was about an hour and 20 minutes into the order. And they haven't even started the burger, yet. It was a burger in fry order that took nearly three hours to get delivered. The food was burnt.The burgers were burnt like they scraped the grill with the burgers, and it was all charred and hard as a rock.The bacon was burnt to a crisp.All for thirty bucks plus I paid the door dash driver an extra five because it took up a good part of his night. My first time ordering from there.Also, figuring, I would treat myself to something nice, but never again.I don't deserve anything nice.It's kind of the way the world these days.Good people get walked over. Never again.

  Holy Christ I get that it’s Valentine’s Day and it’s busy but it seems b dubs has gathered the most socially anxious group of people to work today. Why are there 10 people in your lobby who haven’t been spoken to. I can see half of your work staff in the kitchen from the lobby on their phones while door dash workers are waiting for their food that is literally ready but no one is attending them 2/10 customer service today I get better at wing stop and next time that’s where I’ll be going. I’m not an angry single person btw I have a wife and 3 kids that are hungry 🫩🔫

  Arrived at 6 pm and after 2 hours of waiting the order was still not ready. Sat at our table for 30 min before getting our first drink and 1 hour before receiving an appetizer. Got up and left and to never to return. Been to Buffalo wild Wings all over the country and have never seen this bad of service. Basically, the employees don't give a rip if they serve you or not. Bartender was a rookie with no bartender knowledge. Pretty sorry that this location is right outside of the Packer stadium.
