  Absolutely horrendous service. Our food came out cold, we waited over 30 minutes for our check after the waitress ignored our table. To top it off, the lock on the stall in the men’s room was broken. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Have to be honest I was completely shocked. My son and I went here for dinner after a game. The place was really busy which we expected. I am not complaining at all about needing to wait and our server tried his hardest but my son and I shared wings and strips and both of us got extremely ill a few hours later. Somebody better check their chicken storage.

  This place has gone downhill so hard. It's mind boggling. I'm not sure if this is all Buffalo Wild Wings, or just this location? It's generally pretty dirty, incredibly slow service, and the staff tend to be pretty apathetic or even kind of rude. It gives the same vibes as walking into a Burger King. Pre-Covid we came here frequently and always had a totally opposite experience, not sure what changed but it's sad, because it's a place we would like to keep going but the experience is just always so poor now.

  This place needs to be shut down. There was 15 tables open and we waited and waited. Finally we told the hostess we wanted a table NOW. They put us in a corner table and we never got waited on. So after 20 minutes, the 7 of us got up and left. I don't know if there was even anyone working.

  The atmosphere was loud which i guess can be expected at a sports bar. The food was OK. The service was not the greatest! He was great at refilling our drinks and that was about it! It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer. We were pretty sure the whole restaurant was served before us and we got there way before others arrived. He never came back to ask us how our food was and he couldn't take a cue either when we were finished and wanted our bill. He just kept bringing more drinks! We also never got another appetizer that we were promised. When he brought the last round of drinks, I had to stop him from leaving and ask for our bill. When we got our bill, he totally messed that up as well. After we got our final bill, we had him give us money back for plate of missing fries. I noticed today as the final bill on my credit card went through, he must not have liked the tip I gave him because he gave himself an extra dollar! Whatever! Obviously I can't prove what the amount finally was because I didn't take my receipt with me, but I guess he wanted that extra dollar really bad! I will never eat here again and if I do, it will be take out only! That way I will get my food right away and I dont have to worry about the tip amount going up! My bill will be exactly what is said it should be! We spent a total of an hr and half there and most of that was waiting for our food and then waiting for the bill.
