  We placed a pickup order for the 20/20 deal plus tater tots, straightforward enough, one would think. We were handed our bag at the counter with the bone-in wings missing entirely. I had to go back inside to retrieve them, where they were apparently "ready to go" and just... sitting there, with zero explanation as to why they hadn't made it into the original bag. A promising start. These wings were allegedly made fresh. I am skeptical. The boneless were a disaster in two distinct acts: half were so thoroughly dehydrated they had achieved an inexplicable crunch — not the satisfying kind, but the kind that raises genuine questions about what you're eating — and the remainder, marginally less desiccated, had the texture of wet sand held together by wishful thinking. The bone-in were no redemption. Aggressively dry, almost certainly freezer-burned based on the color of what little meat existed inside them — and I do mean little. The flats were skeletal to the point of being ornamental, and the drummettes were packed with so much sinew they were functionally inedible. The tater tots were good. Genuinely, unironically good. They are the sole reason this review contains any positive language at all, and frankly they deserved better company. Save yourself. Order somewhere else.

  Stood there at the cash registers for about twenty minutes. Two big back ladies were waitressing. They completely ignored me until I started walking around impatiently. One finally grabbed the bag off the shelf behind the counter and handed it to me. My order sat on that shelf getting cold that entire time I stood there. Maybe keep the shelf out in the open so customers can grab it themselves like all the other locations do. My food was cold. Won't be back.

  Every time we order from here it’s wrong, and it’s not even complicated. A mushroom Swiss burger doesn’t come with jalapenos but I got them on my burger last time. As far as I know it also doesn’t come with cheddar/american cheese but I got it with it this time and maybe a handful of mushroom pieces on the whole burger. When I got my remake back they had gotten rid of my side!! When I asked for it back they gave me the wrong side!! Don’t waste your time or money. They’re all high as kites and don’t understand a simple order. Took me an hour to finally get my burger. For reference I remove the parm garlic, honey mustard, and onions. That’s it. It’s just burger, Swiss, mayo, mushrooms. And they mess it up every time.

  Wow. 3/22/26 worst service I've ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. Older waitress was useless. She didn't bring our sodas for 25 minutes then didnt bring food for 50 minutes from when we ordered. Also forgot my food for another 15 minutes til everyone else was done eating. Understandable if it was busy but it was almost empty there. That bad service will be talked about for the rest of my life lol. So I guess thanks.

  Mylinda our server took our order, after an hour of nothing but the drinks that were first brought to the table. Drinks empty, she approached and asked to refill, I asked when the food would arrive. I said if it’s not going to come out soon we would not be staying. She slammed my empty drink down on the table. Asked if we wanted a different server, and walked away. She came back and told us we could leave and that she cancelled our order because it was coming out anytime soon. Awful service. We left and ate at another restaurant down the road.
