    We went through the drive thru later at night, maybe 9pm or so. Knowing it wasn't a busy time we asked if we could get fresh/hot fries. The gentlemen working was so nice about it and not only got us fresh fries but all of our order was fresh. It was by far the best arbys meal we have ever had and it was really appreciated that the team went above and beyond and was very pleasant about it. I wish I knew his name but we really did appreciate it!

    We stopped in pretty late so we had the place to ourselves. The gentleman at the counter answered questions about the new menu items with easy. He had an easy going kind manner. The wait for our food was very short. Our order was accurate and delicious: two Gyros with different meats and extra sauce and two Arby Qs, and some drinks. Great dinner.

    I hadn't had Arbys forever and it was so nasty, cold and tasteless. The sandwich wasn't even made right! I now have no desire to have Arbys again. YUCK
