  I can’t even rate the food quality because I am sitting in the drive thru still, 20+ minutes into my wait. No “fast food” here. Very slow service. I went to this location because I had bad experiences at two of the other Taco Bell’s in the area. Now 0 for 3. They’ve all been horrible. Go somewhere else.

  Unfortunately their soda machine went out! Not their fault, no problem. Eric was so incredibly friendly, even with joking banter. Food was 👌

  This Taco Bell is the worst in the Fox Valley, late night anyway. Went there around 0100 a few years ago on my "lunch" break and after waiting about 15 minutes for my mobile order I received my food. When I got back to work the food was not only super soggy but also not my order. I don't know why I decided to give them a try again but I did. My mistake. Mobile order again 0200, mobile app says open until 0300. Get to speaker say I'm there to pick up a mobile order. App says order received at restaurant. Only me in line I'm patient so I wait about ten minutes. There was only one vehicle in the parking lot, a red maybe early 2000s suv with one of the panels not matching and maybe white in color. Pull up to the window after not hearing anything else from when I first got there and proceeded to wait another 5 to 10 minutes at the window. Then another vehicle pulled in the drive thru and after pulling up behind me and waiting for maybe 20 seconds the driver hollered out her window asking me how long I had been waiting and she said that she was calling the store and someone kept answering and hanging up. After another 30 seconds or so she yelled out again and said they finally answered and said they were closed and not taking orders. I went back around got the same pre recorded greeting that Taco Bell does and then backed out the drive thru thinking that the other driver was still at the window, she wasn't after having small conversation about orders and hours of operation I left. Came here to leave a review and after reading a few of them I noticed that one of the reviewers that was glazing this location looked a lot like the driver of the vehicle that pulled in behind me. Ally is the name of that reviewer. I think she must be an overnight employee of this location. If you want to have 0 customers just cancel the order when you get it, have some class like McDonald's and just say your ice cream machine is down. If you want late night Taco Bell I recommend the one in Menasha service is friendly and prompt and orders accurate 90% of the time.

  I’ve tried to give this Taco Bell many chances, but every time I pay for something extra like a Baja blast Freeze in the deluxe box or asking for extra sauce or something, I don’t receive them. You get charged for those things and they always mess it up. I asked for extra nacho cheese on my crunch wrap this time and there’s none, I swear all of the employees here just want to mess with all customers. Let alone very unprofessional and all of them seem miserable. I always come to this Taco Bell because it’s down the road from my house, but it’s coming to the point where I’m going to drive further so that hopefully the Taco Bell’s nearby aren’t the same experience.
