  Well, it's subway....years ago when Subway first started, the sandwiches were something to look forward to...not the same now. Soggy bread, undercooked meatballs- generally more pork products than beef, and the "get them out fast" style of handling customers is so very telling. Are we in such a hurry that we just, as consumers, accept the mediocre condition of a product that is no longer a great meal deal? If no one says anything different, it must be ok...well, say something sometime- it can change.

  When I walked into the restaurant I was not greeted. She just started at me and continued to make online orders. Not once did either of them say hello or I will be with you in a moment. Both of them just starred so after standing in line for 5 minutes I ended up leaving. Poor cutie service they need to be retrained on customer service.

  Waited 5 minutes for one person to be served. Then 5 more minutes was told it would be even more wait while they filled online orders instead of serving a person in store. Walked out after 10 minutes with nothing. Won't go back.

  Love their subs. I prefer them to some of the other gourmet sub shops.

  I normally order from northland because it's a little closer. I tried to order this morning but they were out of stock of every bread but grain. I called and asked and they said they restricted it to grain online because they didn't make more. So online all I could get was grain bread. Wth. And they've messed our orders up so many times, I decided to order from wisconsin Ave subway. Way better and actually put the correct ingredients on it. Subway on Northland should take a seminar from wisconsin Ave. Will be going to wisconsin Ave for now on.
