  Went to Jimmy John’s this morning. The older woman behind training a young man was so disgustingly rude to the staff. I felt so bad. And the fact that she was confident enough to have this type of attitude in-front of multiple customers. If I was that boy, I would have quit. I hope this review gets across to someone and she gets fired. Foul language and complete disrespect

  I took them an hour to get my order and I still don’t have it. Jimmy John’s has never failed me. Very disappointed.

  Good sandwiches, but poor service. Had the fountain soda shut down over 20min before close and wouldn’t let customers use it. I let them know I specifically went here to get a fountain soda with my meal, so this was disappointing to say the least. They were not apologetic.

  The man behind the counter was nice and showed me where to pick the order up but as I was walking out a woman said "now run away." And gave me a dirty look for picking up an order an HOUR before they closed. Hmmm, maybe go find a different job if you can't handle working in food when people want it they will come get it. She had glasses and worked at night
