  Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order. For them to realize that their ticket printer ran out of paper and there was 10 people waiting. When I asked the status of my order none of them could figure out where it went and finally told me gave it to the wrong person. When I asked if they could remake it for me they stated they would have to get through about 15 orders before making mine. When I asked for a refund the worker rolled her eyes refunded me and walked away without saying anything. So very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated by the staff. Will absolutely not come back to this location.

  Waited for 40 minutes in store for a SLIM 1. The easiest thing to make. The workers were moving at a snails pace with over 10 people waiting for their sandwiches. The workers were fighting, overall a complete disaster. Get it together people.

  Garbage. I placed my order at 12:44 pm my est delivery is 2:15pm!! What the hell happened to jimmy john drivers. When did uber become a part of jimmy johns. I’ll never order delivery again!!

  The minute I walked in the door it was weird. I’ll never go to this location again, the person who took my order was extremely weird and made me very very uncomfortable. I ordered the UNWICH, and got BREAD. I am not happy at all, I did call and got my many back. Won’t go to this location again
