  I ordered online through the app and ordered a Turkey tom ez tom ez lettuce add cheese. Also had a loyalty reward for a free drink which I didn’t receive. I called to ask for it to be remade and was advised I needed to call back in an hour to remake and deliver due to them not having the bread to remake it. I kindly asked for it to be refunded and they did agree. However no one would provide a name for me to follow up with incase it wasn’t credited to my account after a few days. This is honestly the worst JJ experience I’ve ever had. But they were fast with the order this time guess that is better than quality. I do not recommend this Jimmy John’s location as their customer service is in the negative.

  We walked downtown to see the ice sculptures on Sunday midday, we were going to stop in for a bite to eat and the doors were locked.There was no sign posted that the restaurant was closed, it was very disappointing, there was employees working in the kitchen but apparently they didnt want to serve any walk in customers. What kind of restaurant locks their doors in the middle of the day?

  Food is fantastic, staff are friendly, and you get your sandwich fast. However, there is one dude who keeps closing the store at lunch time. 3rd time I tried going around 1 and same dude has the store closed. The first time there were people in the store and he just looked at me and shook his head. That dude gets 1 star Calumet & Nicolet locations are just as good and I haven't had to deal with the "closed at peak time" fiasco. *edited it to add more details
