  Little hard communicating placing my order and the dough on the pizza crust was a little over harden and very lack of flavor but otherwise everything was good. I liked the sample. I wouldn’t order this trade but know knowing I May next visit. The sticks were cooked right butter and lightly toasted not hard and dry like other times.

  I came in at 9:30PM ordered takeout for me and my mom. I tried to split the bill half apple cash, half cash. The machine was being difficult and did not accept my payment. Brayden the cashier (the best cashier ever) took the initiative and paid for the remaining 6$ out of his own pocket. His kindness was very greatly appreciated and he deserves much more thanks than I could give him. Overall the food was great and came out quick. I will forever come back to this location because of the kindness I was shown. Thank you Brayden.

  I don’t normally jump on writing negative reviews, but Fazoli’s has really gone downhill. The only thing this place has going for it is that the staff was very friendly. Our cost was $42 to feed 2 adults and a 4 year old, and it felt like a ripoff. For starters, the breadsticks were disgusting…they were hardly warm and the bread was stale as if they were sitting out for several hours or even from the day prior. I choked down one with the garlic butter sauce, which tasted like straight salt. I did bring the leftovers home to try to use alongside regular butter. I also ordered a side salad and one of the tomatoes had mold forming at the end. The entire serving of lettuce hidden underneath the toppings was wilty and oxidized. I had zero bites of my salad. Several of the fountain drinks I tried were not right. They were very watered down and unfortunately staff didn’t fix it when I let them know, so paying for a drink was also a waste of money. The best part of my meal was the loaded chicken alfredo (which I ordered without mushrooms but got them anyway…not a huge deal. Things happen) but when I got to the bottom of my dish, I noticed several little black hair/fuzzies on my plate. It’s likely that it came from a linty towel, which isn’t awful, but towel drying dishes isn’t allowed in commercial kitchens. That dish was quite salty as well, and my 4 year old also complained of his food being too salty to eat, which he has NEVER complained of. Lastly, the restaurant smells unclean. I wanted to overlook this when we came in, but with everything else not meeting standards, it just made me feel more icky and wishing we would have turned around and saved our money.
