If yall ain’t gonna take orders than close the store down, I just came through the drive thru, and there was a line of 5 people. I watched every single person back out of drive bc we was told we ain’t allowed to order. CLOSE THE STORE THAN! So lazy here, watched two people come out the back just smoking and getting in there cars. This is ridiculous.

I know they were behind in orders I had no problem with that.. they have a staffing shortage again it is what it is I don't blame the employees.. what got me and gross the heck out of me is that this facility doesn't have any kind of Sanitation practices in hand.. I watched people go from outside to inside throw gloves on and do whatever which okay I'm being open-minded.. but what really got me was that there was an employee in there literally free ball coughing all over everything and I mean everything! And I don't mean a little cough I mean the type of cough you have when you are sick and you should not be at work.. absolutely disgusting not covering his mouth coughing all over everything including his so-called gloved hands and the food.. a customer even address their concern about that sick individual messing around with the cash register and then going back to work with the food without changing gloves.. I was so grossed out I got a refund and left. After I left I called and spoke to the manager who was there who was not doing anything about that and I explained why I got a refund and left in hopes that the individual would correct the employees Behavior and the situation to not make others sick. I mean I know it's a gamble when you go out to eat anywhere who's handling your food and how things are done.. but it's different when you see it happening in front of your face and nothing's being done about it especially with a manager being there not to be mean at anybody.. the other employees were doing great they seemed hard-working and they seem like they really cared.. it was the one disgusting employee who had no care and no disrespect to the manager but didn't do anything about it and obviously was either not educated on why you don't do that or I'll just individual just didn't really care.. either way disgusting especially when there's children and elderly people who come in there... but to my point, it's always a good idea to go inside and see the environment of any restaurant you're going to before you order.. because that way at least you'll have a heads up

I have never seen a place fail to deliver quite as bad as this taco bell. They consistently turn people away in the drive thru claiming they have only 2 people working and have lots of doordash orders but then there is like 1 person waiting inside. Just to ight they claimed to have only 2 people working and I know thats a lie because I saw 3 people go in the back door after camping out by the dumpsters for awhile. I don't even have high standards for places open late because I get it, filling that shift nowadays is hard but 1 car moving through the line every 30min is unacceptable and then for them to turn around and reject those that had orders through the taco bell app like they don't matter is some insane incompetence. I am not sure where the problem lies but there needs to be some accountability. Being overwhelmed is one thing but just flat out wasting the time of several people in the drive thru and giving them nothing to show for it is next level. If you are going to stop taking orders close the drive thru with cones and tell all doordash orders to pickup inside. That way you avoid wasting everyone's time.

This was ridiculous. Never again. If you can’t afford to staff your restaurant for business, just close. I waited in line for over a half hour- hadn’t eaten all day- finally got to the microphone and they told me they’re only doing online orders because they’re short staffed. They were unable to make me a taco and burrito because I hadn’t ordeeed it online, and had nothing to offer me as compensation for having wasted all that time hungry in line. And when I complained, they said they didn’t care because there’s not even a manager on duty. Seriously. Just close. I’ll never be back again.

Came in after work at 10:43pm on Friday night. There was already a line of 6 cars, an employee came out saying that they close at 10pm,( open till 4am on google and Apple Maps btw) and they only reason they still had people in line was because they were behind because of a door dash. I sat in the parking lot looking for other locations to get something to eat, and more cars came in the drive thru and were helped. Outside of this experience a typical wait tends to be 30min-1hr especially later in the day. If your gonna get food here order on the app. Otherwise go to one of the other places nearby.
