Went in to order food, while waiting to be waited on I saw a person making food with gloves on he put something in the trash push the trash down with gloved hands, pick something off the floor and then proceeded to handle food without changing gloves. I left and will never go back. This was on January 8 2026 around 7:30.

These employees from worker to management have the absolute worst attitude. They are rude to customers. Close the lobby randomly. Whoever owns this location has no standards and no control over their employees. Stay away from this location.

I will start off by saying, every single third shift worker deserves a dollar raise, no questions asked. This location is super busy every single day, and I see these workers trying their hardest to keep it together. This location is completely understaffed and needs to be reevaluated to better the experience for both employee and customer. I gave this location a five star review because the employee's do work so hard and it shows. I have witnessed many employees struggling to not walk out. Management needs to step up their game.

I would like to start this post by saying I am a very understanding person as I have worked in customer service my whole life. Ive dealt with many rude people, and have vowed to never behave that way even in bad situations because it is rarely the fault of the actual person standing before you. But what I experienced here this evening was unacceptable and the staff themselves were largely at fault, enough so for me to even write this review. I was picking up an order for someone as a dasher. This order I took was "stacked", which means I had received another order with this one to pick up at the same time. I had already picked up the other order from the other business and was now in the drive thru line waiting for this taco bell order I needed to grab. The lady taking orders at the speaker told me it'd be a bit of a wait. I had already been trapped in the line by another car that would have had to back out for me, so I decided to stay. Surely the 3 cars in front of me wouldn't take that long, right? Wrong. I was in that drive thru line for 50 MINUTES. FOR 3 CARS. The worst part is that I received the notification that the customers order was ready about 10 minutes in to that waiting AND I had the other order with me in the car so they couldnt cancel or have another driver assigned to it. At about 20 minutes in, only 1 car had left. I called the store and asked if they could please pull the two cars in front of me at about 30 minutes in because the order I was waiting on was ready and getting cold and so was the one sitting in my car (which the other customer was now contacting me and yelling at me for). They refused. So I had to sit there for another 20 minutes before I could get this order. And immediately after leaving the window to verify the items, I realized they had entirely forgotten the freezes as well. So 50 minutes both customers of mine had to wait (which doesnt even include my drive time to them), and received cold and missing food, one of which wasn't even from taco bell and had nothing to do with any of this chaos other than bad ordering timing. There is NO reason that it should take that long to serve 3 people at a fast food place drive thru, even if you are working entirely alone (which they were not), unless one of them just so happened to be a literal catering order (which it was not because I saw the bags for each car come out). But even more so, there is NO reason that I should have had to sit there to get this order that was ready nearly the entire time because they wouldn't pull the customers forward. And at this taco bell, there is no other way out. You have to go through this one lane because the lane is curbed to intentially prevent people from leaving. If they want to close the doors at a certain time to prevent customers from making a mess inside or whatever, fine. It's a little frustrating for doordashers because it takes up our time and we get paid per order, but usually manageable for most places. HOWEVER, it is then up to the business and the people running it to make accommodations for the mobile orders that are coming through somehow. This could be by simply pulling the cars that just placed their orders at the speaker and still have food being made into deignated parking spaces to allow these people whose food is already completed through. Or by providing access to the orders in some other way, like having the staff bring them out to the cars in a designated area after hours. But what you CAN'T do and what should have never happened in the first place, is absolutely nothing and expect people like myself who aren't even customers to just deal with it. I don't really care how its addressed, but something needs to be done. This isnt even the first time that this has happened here for me. Its just the only time its been to this magnitude. And im sure im not the only one either. Fix it.
