  Filthy tables, order messed up. Meat missing on burrito. Taco broken horizontally in front and back. No ice in machine and no carbonation in drinks. When asked if they could fill from drive thru machine, they said they could not. They didn't offer reimbursement and we waited 15 minutes for our order. Awful customer service.

  First, when walked in there was a long wait to use the tablet, due to the 2nd tablet being out. When we asked about the second they were very rude. Heard lots of foul language being yelled to the employees in the back. When opening our crunch wrap we found a long piece of hair. Our cheesy roll up wasn’t even melted. Overall wouldn’t recommend coming, especially with young children.

  Very slow and bad service most of the time, what you get in the bag for your order is almost a total gamble and very often closes early or is not open when the location should be. I've even had to refund a pick up order because when I showed up I was informed they physically couldn't make my food because they didn't have the ingredients needed.

  Pulled up at 11:30 thinking I’d grab my food and go. These guys are straight up slow. Like no joke, sat there for forty minutes sipping Red Bull at night when I know I shouldn’t. Speaker finally crackles “pull forward” and I’m like bro, that’s two car lengths. Got my tacos, they’re kinda cold already. Not even mad at the food, just the wait.

  Went to Taco Bell last night ONLY to the quesarito since it’s been gone for so long we did a online drive thru order when we pull up they made us wait since they didn’t start our order yet which is no biggy but multiple cars pulled in behind us and they made there orders right away since they ordered off the menu their food ready to be given to them before our was even made and instead of them telling us to pull around so they can make our order they had us wait there and then didn’t make the order correctly because they were rushing so they didn’t put the outside of the quesarito on which is literally the whole point of the burrito how hard is it to just tell us to pull around instead of half assing your job?
