Our order was set for pickup at 6:20pm and at 7pm we still were being told it would be another 20 minutes for our order. While we waited, customers were walking in and placing orders and having their food made upon ordering while the customers who placed orders ahead were continuing to not be served. Even after addressing the issue with an employee, we were still told it would be more of a wait.
