In a one hour span: -They mixed up my order with another customer's order-luckily the customer with my order noticed it and handed me my order -When I got home, I noticed they left my three tacos that were on my receipt out of my order -When I drove back a second time to this location to pick up the tacos, I had to wait to resolve my issue while another customer argued with a manager. The manager did not appear to resolve the issue with that customer because she left looking upset, without her food. -When it was my turn to discuss my issue with the manager, the tacos had been sitting out next to the cash register at room temp for 40 minutes. The manager picked them up and handed them to me with no apology. -When I got back home to eat the tacos they were missing ingredients and were smothered in shredded cheese. The only things on my taco were guac, chicken, and a TON Of shredded cheese (to the point where my tacos were hiding). My receipt very clearly specified the ingredients. It seemed they overcompensated the missing tomatoes and lettuce with shredded cheese? Not the greatest first impression. I am not sure I'd return. You can see my order in the attached photo. See if you can find the tacos.
