  Ordered pizza and was delivered by a door dasher (very nice guy). Got our order and was missing over half of our food equaling $50. Called the store and the man who answered said they won’t be able to send anything out right now they are so busy so I asked for a refund on what we were missing. He said the best he can do is give us $20 credit to our next order. So why am I paying for food I didn’t get? I told him he should be refunding the amount that we didn’t receive and won’t be receiving. He continued to tell me $20 was the best he could do and if he sent something out now it would be 3.5 hours. I said that’s fine, I’d rather not be paying for something I’m not getting. He then hung up on me. Our door dasher also called and tried to get the rest of our order and the same guy was very rude and refused to give his name over the phone for our door dasher. Don’t let this store steal your money when they don’t give you your full order :)

  Ordered online and set a time to pick up. They didn't have our order. Showed them the confirmation and was told they were slammed and they would cancel the order so our card wouldn't be charged. Called and spoke to the manager. Said he was sorry and they were busy, they had 20 tickets on the screen. Didn't offer to make it right.

  Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I am currently on hold for over 20 minutes with corporate who is in some other town probably not even in the United States. I've been waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza. DO NOT EVER order a pizza from Calumet street Pizza Hut in Appleton. Funniest part their hold literature speaks about there commitment to customer satisfaction.

  So, it's 5 PM on Dec 29th. I just tried making an online carry out order. God as my witness, the app said something to the effect, "This location is closed and will reopen at 11 AM on Dec 29th." I was willing to try. Never mind. Ordering from Papa Johns. I'd put more in my review. But, well, I can't. I will note that this is location specific. I looked at other locations. They did not have that issue. But, it's not worth the drive for the carry out.

  Delivery guy was unprofessional. He forgot to deliver my drink and to sum it up, he basically told me that going back to grab it was going to be an inconvenience. He said he would put the credit back to my account so I can use it towards my next purchase which I was totally okay with. Fast forward to my next order (which was a week or 2 after), I was told that I had no credit in my account. What a waste of time and money.
