Ordered 2 hours in advance on the app. The guys seemed to have no clue about my order until a more senior guy got involved. At 15 minutes late I was told it would be 20-25 more minutes because they had to make the dough. Ugh. Date was 12/21/25 at 6:30 PM. Will be shopping around for alternatives.
