I placed a order with my daughter online we get there and our food wasn't ready ok so we wait and we watch so many people come in grab their food order their food and leave. We waited over 20 mins while all the employees looked at us like why are you guy's still here instead of asking us if we needed something. So I finally went up to the counter after waiting 25 minutes and all I got was do you have a confirmation well yes i do here it is,oh im sorry our machine didn't print it out we will make it right away and we still waited some time. Food is great my daughter loved her sub but my good lord run the place better.
