  This location has never gotten my delivery order correct, and they use uber to deliver so if it comes wrong they can’t do anything about it.

  Place is clean, sandwiches are good, (but too light on the meat, imo). The teens working looked completely miserable. No "thank you" when handing me my sandwiches. Maybe I'm old school, but customer service goes a long way.

  EXTREMELY SLOW!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! First off I’ll say it too 1.5 hours to deliver 2 meals. Called the store a hour in to waiting and they were just getting around to making my order. When I received my order I noticed that one sandwich was supposed to be toasted and have cheese added to it. It wasn’t toasted and had no cheese. The other sandwich wasn’t supposed to have tomatoes but it had tomatoes. Was supposed to have 2 sides of their kickin ranch. Was only given 1. The sodas were beyond watered down due to all the ice being melted. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this location.

  Love Jimmy John’s. But this location always seems to leave hair in the food. Braid nets for beards and buns need to be required.
