  Placed an online delivery order for 15 subs all with additions and subtractions on each one. The order showed up on time with each sub properly labeled and exactly as ordered.

  I placed a large catering lunch order for pickup, everything was made correctly & tasted great. Order was packaged nicely & ready when I arrived. Thanks JJ's 🙂

  We had a terrible experience at the Ballard Road Jimmy John’s at 11:50 am today. The person at the window never looked at me and mumbled “rewards” and proceeded to ring up my order and asked for payment. When he handed me my order, I explained that because he didn’t talk directly to me I didn’t have an opportunity to give my phone number. From that point on he was rude and condescending. He rambled on about it being my fault I didn’t give my rewards information in time. I tried to stop him to explain my point of view and he blew me off! As I drove away, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Someone came on the line, identifying themselves as the manager, and when I explained the situation, he defended the employee in question and was more interested in correcting me for calling the person a young man rather than a she and wasn’t interested in my explanation or in me as a customer. This location has a real problem with their customer service and management. I hope the franchise owner sees this message and makes the necessary changes to better train their employees. We won’t be back!
