I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Was repeatedly cut off by the employee when ordering my food. He said I had to continuously start my order over because he wasn’t listening- a coworker was taking to him. Then when I began my order for the final time, he again cut me off. Then they refused to take my order. Train your staff or hire better humans.

Placed an online delivery order for 15 subs all with additions and subtractions on each one. The order showed up on time with each sub properly labeled and exactly as ordered.

I placed a large catering lunch order for pickup, everything was made correctly & tasted great. Order was packaged nicely & ready when I arrived. Thanks JJ's 🙂

Do not order from this place. They messed up our order the last two times. And they replaced meat in sandwich with cheaper ham without even saying anything. And they were rude to the person picking up our order. There r plenty of other places to go more worthwhile or go to another jimmy johns. Maybe they will know how to make a sandwich right
