  Brayden is very good at his job. Suggested the combo and presented it well. He took the time to chat and joke around with us at our table and made sure we were ok. High five, Brayden and thank you for a pleasant experience.

  About a month ago, I had ordered/paid for a large catering delivery order for the company I work at, as we were going to have a company-wide training day and we would provide lunch for everyone. It was to be delivered at 12pm. 2 days ago, I called the store to verify that our order was still all good to go; I was told "yes, it is in the system and you're good to go for tomorrow." Come yesterday, the training day, at 12:05pm, I called just to verify that they were on their way/almost arriving, only to be told that our credit card was declined so the order was not made/delivered. We had an entire building full of hungry employees and needed to follow a strict schedule! I was absolutely mortified that this was happening in front of the whole company, my boss, and corporate, and thought I would get blamed! It was extremely stressful. I asked why I wasn't told this when I called the day before, to which I was told they do not actually run the payment until the morning of deliveries. I asked why the card was declined, as it's a company card that we use almost daily and had used many times before and after, to which I was told it's through a third party, so they don't know the reason. They said they had tried calling, but no one answered - this is because we were all in the training, so no one was available to answer the phones; however, if they had left a voicemail, the message would have gotten sent to our cell phones and we would've seen it, but they hadn't even done that! I explained the situation and expressed my frustration, to which I was led to believe the food was ready, it just needed to be picked up, so they had someone come to deliver it, and I was told it would be here in about 10 minutes, and I relayed this information to the rest of the company, so we adjusted our schedule a bit. Nearly an HOUR later, our food arrived, which to me proves that it hadn't been made in the first place, and this further confused people and messed up our schedule, as we were just waiting around for that whole time thinking the food would come any minute. (By the way, to pay for this order over the phone at that time, I gave the EXACT SAME card information that I had entered online, and for some reason it went through??) The only upside here was that the girl who came to deliver the food was very kind and apologetic, but she said this had been happening more and more lately! I can't believe this is allowed to keep happening, especially with large orders like this, it's extremely unprofessional and we certainly won't be ordering from here again at risk of this happening again (which it sounds like it would!)

  Fazolis food is delicious Italian with never ending bread sticks when you dine in, as well as refills on drinks with dine in. Staff is always there to assist you. They offer dine in, take out, but do partner up with DoorDash for delivery. The atmosphere is warm, courteous, friendly, inviting, and clean. Their catering goes above and beyond for those special occasions too. They offer discounted Senior Day and Veterans discount at checkout, as well as kids menu. Vegetarian options are available too.

  Out cashier/waitress was incredibly polite and took great care of us! This is a fast food place but she checked on us while we were eating and cleared away our trash. Food was yummy and bread sticks were 11/10, per usual. Really enjoyed it!
