Their excuse was “We’re training “ 1st time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate/chai, it was a chai latte, we didn’t return to correct the order. 2nd time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate and was filled with black coffee. We went back this time and to get the order replaced the servers couldn’t have cared less! Very sad! Moving all our purchases to somewhere else.
