  What a dump. Only came here because we had a gift card and left completely irritated with the staff and environment. It should have been an easy process as we online ordered so when we came to grab the order, none of the staff acknowledged mine & my husband’s existence but when they did, it seemed like we were the problem asking about our online order. We did however, come a little early so we didn’t mind waiting but had to look for one of the few clean tables in the place. As we were waiting 2 other customers came in and we watched them stand around at the front counter waiting for the employees to stop arguing on who had to take their order. Eventually we got our order because we looked up and it was chilling on the rack already, not a big deal but we did talk to the worker making them and didn’t realize their memory lapsed with the 3 customers they had in the building. Just a ton of overpaid, unprofessional, lazy workers standing around in a filthy, mid restaurant. Save your time and just go to Qdoba instead, even if the Chipotle is free. It tastes better, has more options and significantly better staff.

  We ordered delivery and received three bowls, one of which was basically just guacamole and rice, one of which that had really bad, old, wilted lettuce, and one of which looked like it had been half eaten or at least half full (but had a canyon in the middle of the bowl). Food was also super cold despite being picked up and headed right here.

  Today was my first time ever at a Chipotle and it will definitely be my last.. let's start with the fact that in my bowl everything was cold? The meat the rice everything.. also I told the guy making the bowl it was my first time and asked a few questions, he seemed annoyed and frustrated at me for taking to long. Then I get to the check out and two bowls is 33$? Are you kidding me.. let's just say the food was honestly nothing special and the service was honestly horrible.. I dont like leaving bad reviews but when your spending that much money at least make sure the food is warm?

  Stuffed burrito with all your desired fixings for about $10. Always fresh and always delicious. Yeah I know I sound like a commercial but that's always my experience here!

  Love the food, but the cold items (sour cream, guac, salsa, etc) are always SO cold it cools off the hot rice and meat. Atmosphere gets a ding because of the dance music is annoying and loud.
