One thing that always bothered me was the way some servers handled the food before it ever reached the customer. More than once, I saw servers picking from plates — grabbing fries, tasting wings, or “sampling” the food — before taking those plates out to the table. 🤮🤮🤮 ‼️It made me uncomfortable because it’s not sanitary, it’s unprofessional, and it puts the customer at risk without them ever knowing. I brought it up while I worked there, but nothing really changed.👀 🗣️I’m sharing this so people understand what was happening behind the scenes during my time there. I hope the location has improved since then and is following proper food safety guidelines.👀

Order to be ready at 5:40pm. Got my order at 6:24pm 44 mins after ready time. Everyone waiting was annoyed! Hostess never checked in back just said it’s not ready it’s behind it always is done after pick up time! Then SWITCH THE PICK UP TIME, if it takes longer than put longer. Wings were all different sizes not consist, some just breading. Won’t go back.
