  First of all, they had these kids outside in -6 degree weather I don’t think that’s safe. I think their system needs to be smoother and employees need to have better training on coffee, and communication with the costumer and themselves. I don’t think the managers/ owners are setting them up for success.

  I love there products but I have never had such slow poor service in my life. We’ve been in line for 14 minutes and there are still 3 cars ahead of us. They are not coming around to cars with tablets as I have seen them do at both Green Bay locations. VERY SLOW and poor service

  Been here numerous times and the coffee has been spectacular, this time service on the outside drive thru was sooo slow. Waited almost an hour and coffee was bland and lacking flavor. Apparently only should come in the summer. A few cars didn't even order and just drove out.

  Ugh my sister went to 7B today to get a free ornament with purchase of 2 drinks(she ordered 4 medium drinks) and they told her they ran out 2 orders before ours so she got no free gift. This is my second time going for jackpot day and getting nothing. It's a little upsetting when there is 4 hours left of jackpot Hour. I think they should have the free gifts better stocked because waiting in that long of a line to not get what I went of is so sad. But the staff is always nice and the drinks are good. But seems to be a waste of my time waiting for jack pot days

  I typically really love 7 Brew however have had a few poor experiences that I felt I needed to share. We went there twice within a week, and the first time my sister ordered a decaf, and I ordered sugar free. Both were requested due to health conditions. When we got our order, none of our coffees were labeled and they were unable to tell us which was which so unfortunately, they all went to waste. This happened for a second time just a few days later with different staff. We felt like staff was not listening to our specifications and didn't repeat our order back to us to confirm. We even requested that they label the decaf and sugar free drinks specifically and they only labeled the type of coffee each one was, so again, we did not feel comfortable drinking our coffees because of the risk for our health conditions. I think printing the order and putting it on the cup (similarly to Starbucks) could improve this process, or even as simple as having the staff taking the order read the order back to the customer to confirm.
