  The food at Chipotle is amazing! It’s a great alternative to fast food restaurants that don’t serve “real” food. Definitely within my top 5 restaurants! Of course popularity has its consequences. One issue I find often is that they run low on certain ingredients during rush hour. My favorite protein is steak. Half of the time they don’t have enough made to keep up with the demand. Other than that small issue, I’ll always continue to frequent Chipotle!

  This the worst chipotle in Wisconsin. Every day I pay a different price for the same thing, Vinaigrette’s I never had to pay and they barely put any in the container. So I have to get 3 to get a regular cup. So apparently today the rules changed and I needed to pay for all of them, because “after two” im charged. So why would I pay for all 3 even now? People working never have a clue, or care. We’re not coming back here, Qdoba is across the street. Spent $50 on two bowls, NO GUAC. Cuz that would’ve been $60!!! Worker barely put anything in so we had to ask for double just for regular amount. Have some consistency

  I normally come to this chipotle often. Today I came in at 9:40, they close at 11 PM. I watch the man in front of me order a bowl with white rice. As soon as he was done ordering when it was our turn, they took the white rice away in front of us and put it away And said “sorry no white rice unless you order online we’re out” I normally have a good experiences with this chipotle, so this was very weird and I frequently come in late and this has never happened. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was very weird and rude IMO when you already have guest waiting in line and they see you take the food away and tell them it’s not available

  Melissa, was very rude and was scraping the steak out of container barley a spoon full and I asked for diffrent choice of meat and she turned around and threw out the food and aggressively made my new one

  Service was HORRIBLE, food was not presented well and when I requested brown rice girl replied we don’t have brown rice. I followed up with do you have more in back-she replied ummm ah NO! The employees were loud and almost obnoxious bantering chatter amongst themselves -I felt like I was an inconvenience. The chips were stale! On a positive note, guacamole was good and the cashier was pleasant. Dining room, good luck finding a clean table🤢
