  **UPDATE: to the Arby's owner that response on here is ridiculous, actions speak louder than words. I have also scanned the receipt survey in my complaint and NO ONE has contacted me yet.** The ordering was quick at the drive-thru however the pickup time was over 10 minutes that's way unacceptable. Sat at the window for almost 5 minutes before person even came to take payment for my order and still waited about another 8 minutes and then my food sat for another 3 minutes inside the window waiting for her to hand it to me. Gave me the wrong roast beef sandwich I asked for the brioche bun they gave me seeds at least the french fries were hot but the rest of it was not on the three meat box.

  Food was cold Floors were so sticky you made squeaky sounds stepping on them. Bathroom floor was very sticky!
