Waited quite a while to be waited on by drive thru. Then asked if someone would take our order. She said no one would be taking our order that she didnt like our attitude. She was probably under stress and not equipped to be a friendly reprentative of Arby's. Shame on her. Company needs to check who they hire. Time 5:17 on 2-26-26. Female employee.

Where’s the Beef? I could hardly see the meat in the two roast beef sandwiches I ordered. They tasted like a bun with horsey sauce. Terrible.

April 20th at about 8:30-9 o'clock p.m. Paid with a card and never received a receipt,thought i would get one with the food in the bag. Made us pull ahead to wait for our food. Waited nearly 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2-4 piece mozzarella sticks. As my daughter and I waited we watched the customer behind us get out of their truck and walk in and out the back door of the restaurant a few times and some how recieved their food before us wich was weird. They never offered us anything for waiting so long and Worst of all is one of the chicken sandwiches we ordered was raw after all the time they took to prepare them. Horrible experience at Arby's of Antigo! If I didn't live in Polar I would have brought the sandwich back.

Always seem to struggle with having good service experience here. Takes forever to get food, issues not getting everything asked for etc..
