  There is an older lady working today and she is hard of hearing so while we were eating another customer was telling her what he wanted and after the 3rd time he said the same thing she with a very rude tone said to him "if you want to make your own sandwich go ahead" I thought that was very unprofessional and very rude. Lucky the guy was very nice and respectful and just left but if she would have said that to me I would have walked right back there and did exactly what she rudely said to do. Also they have signs on the door that say they will be closing an hour early no reason specified. Also this is the 2nd poor review due to the first one they wanted all my personal information because all I had was a $100 bill. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

  The people working seem to be different every time I come in. If you don't have a coupon it's just too expensive. I must admit. The foot long chocolate chip cookie is beyond sinful. It's so good I almost wish I had never tried it. Warm and chewy and gooey chocolate chips. Best thing on the menu!!!

  The manager is generally awful and rude. The employees have always been great but the manager is terrible

  Worst subway ever. The manager is the rudest person I've ever meant in my life. She fills out teenagers tax paperwork, which is against the law. She treats her young staff like dogs. Talks to them very rude. When asking for managers info she will not give it to you.
