  I love Subway and eat it frequently during the month. This store in Zillah just handed me the best sandwich I think I have ever had. Walked in, was greated, employee asked me what I wanted and wrote it down. I got my cookies and drink and a couple minutes later my sandwich was ready. Perfectly heated, just the right amount of ingredients and nothing overpowering. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The Sandwich Master was training s new employee, but didn't miss anything when it came to my sandwich. Highly Impressed and recommend anyone to stop in and get the best sandwich of your life!

  Had a really bad experience March 17th 2026, placed a order of 4 toasted sandwiches, 1 salad, they made my sandwiches cold and add some ingredients I didn’t ask on my salad , I called them and the girl had a really bad attitude, thank to the guys who always is nice and he offered to remake my order, never had a issue with him he’s always nice and respectful but this girl if she not happy with her job she shouldn’t be working there, if I wasn’t sick trust me I would of rather cooking my own food and not ordering to get this type of attitude plus had to drive back for their mistake

  Walked in for 3 sandwiches, no one else was there. One single employee. He wrote down every persons order at the very beginning…without even being able to see what veggies they had or anything. This portion took forever, I have never had a subway employee stay in one place and write everything down, it was super inefficient. The craziest part is that even with it being written down, I had to keep reminding him to add vegetables that he just wasn’t remembering I ordered…even though it was written down. All of this just to get home and realize he didn’t even add any of the sauce I ordered. Which I didn’t know he forgot because he supposedly added the sauce without me seeing, my partner even asked to be sure. (…yet no sauce) I’m vegetarian and with family for the holiday, we stopped by subway to make sure I had something to eat. Now I’m sitting here hungry. This is besides the point but I also went into the bathroom and…this is what their toilet looked like. And there was trash in the floor. So even when it’s dead, you won’t get what you asked for and the bathroom will be gross.

  First of all it would be nice to see the sandwich being made right there and then. My biggest grievance is that I was at least $2.25 overcharged, and there was not enough meat on my sub. For a fast food place it was a little slow. There was a single person; with a single sub ahead of me when I walked in, and it still took about 7 minutes. However the place looked clean as far as I saw, and the food was up to par.
