  It's a to-go restaurant. The people there are always really polite and helpful. Very efficient so far. I drive the extra distance to this pizza hut specifically because they people that work there are awesome!!

  said they cant deliver to my house which they have before and it literally only 7 minutes away.. like what its Saturday no one want to go out they have a delivery choice for a reason and like i said they have delivered plenty of times before and the lady on the phone was very rude when i was trying to find out why or explain that they have delivered before when she asked if they have and she kept cutting me off. why ask a question just to cut the person off ?

  The display indicated that the pizza was ready. After a ten-minute wait in the lobby without front desk assistance, I departed.

  We visited last night because our daughter's team had a game and their bus broke down outside of Zillah on the way home. We decided to run back and grab some pizzas to feed the girls while they awaited a new bus. We came in, and the short staffed Zillah location went out of their way to help us get our pizza quickly, they cut the slices smaller for us, and got us on our way so that we could take care of a bus full of very hungry and tired athletes. The employee that helped us directly was very kind, and she helped us to the truck, and went above and beyond, and I just can't say enough about her help during a time where we were all tired and stressed out. I can't recommend this location and staff enough! Never has a Pizza Hut employee anywhere been so thoughtful and kind to us, and we appreciate her greatly. Thank you SO MUCH for your help and for your kindness, it made the girls VERY happy and brought a decent end to a rough night!
