Today (3/4/26) my delivery order said it was delivered but nothing was outside, which is a first after getting delivery twice a week for years. Talking to ai chat, and ai rep, I got no where. But once they sent me to the girl in drive up and go I was taken care of. She was so nice and said they will pick the order for me again and make sure I don't get the same doordash driver again. She even called me later to tell me the driver has the groceries in the car and on the way. Once they arrived I opened the door to a small plant and a sweet handwritten note apologizing from drive up and go. It made my day! I didn't get the girls name but I had to rush to make a review so that her kindness, and costumer service is appreciated.

However the staff remained calm and patient, even with the impatient customers. Jeremy runs a great crew of people here and I just love this staff and store. I hope the inflation goes down soon though so my shopping can be done all in one place again! With a big family we always have quite the list lol!
