    I had the arch meal and I really liked it. I was surprised. My first food consumed outside my home in 2 years. I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised.

    Self-service tellers are horrible can they say no more free drink refills they'll do it this time but they don't do it anymore

    Today I went through the drive-through before I picked up my daughter from school. I asked for a barbecue sauce and the drive-through window stated that they put it in the box. I looked through all three happy meals and did not find the barbecue sauce. She continually argued with me at the window even after I said, can I just please have another barbecue sauce instead of arguing. She then rolled her eyes, gave me another barbecue sauce, but used her fingernail to punch a hole through it so it would leak. I asked for extra ice in my drink, which I did not receive and when I asked her for extra ice, she had an attitude. I asked for the extra ice when I ordered and it shouldn’t be an issue. I remember when this woman first started at McDonald’s and she was the most helpful and happiest now today you can see the difference. Her caring for customer support is just awful.

    Worst experience I’ve had in a long time, I’m never going back. Avoid going when Brittany, Kinsey, and Raven are working. Acted like a comped item, after having a terrible experience, was coming out of their paycheck directly. My order was made wrong and I just wanted it remade, not to be talked about behind the counter because I was frustrated that this wasn’t the first time my order was messed up in a way that makes it hard to believe it wasn’t intentional. I ordered through the mobile app while sitting in line to try and make their lives and mine easier, instead I got pettiness and frustration. Kinda hard to tell if it wasn’t pettiness due to how I was treated when I came back. Let alone how badly the order was messed up. Would you pay $11 for that?
