The customer service was absolutely terrible. Went here with my sister and she mentions that i dont have any meat and then asks if im still vegan. (No longer vegan) but then the sandwich guy overheard that and starts making wierd comments the whole time about vegans and how they bread actually has eggs and milk, which is cool but I wasn't asking, then he talks about amino acids, and how pesticide actually has milk. And brings up how he is actually on a carnivorous diet and how much better it is than being vegan. Like this guy went on a whole rant the whole time he was making my sandwich. And at the end with all the wierd remarks and random stuff he is shooting even when I said both diets are cool he blatantly says "vegans are a bunch of idiots". Im not even vegan i dont know why I have to listen to this random guys tirade, nor do I care, I just want a sandwhich.

I mean, the name of the game is customer service right, well when I walk in, stand in line with no one there at all, wait atleast 5 minutes, at that point I hadn’t been spoken to at all( there was a guy working on an online order I assume, but also an employee just standing there on her phone in the back room and I get it if your busy with an online order but the dude(who should definitely be wearing a hairnet and beard net) didn’t even look up or acknowledge us and the lady didn’t even look up from her phone till we were leaving,, at least there’s a Quiznos right next door, no wonder this subway is always empty, they don’t care about customers.. owners or management should have a talk with whoever is currently working at 11 am on Sunday the 21rst

Not sure if it’s the manager or what but the guy who works here is rude and a horrible worker. Will not be coming back to this location. I typically don’t post reviews but this guy was a complete jerk and I’m sure we’re not the only ones who have issues with him.

My sandwich or was it ?
I ordered 2 sandwich that just meat and cheese. Nothing else that I ordered on the sandwich..
The second sandwich had stuff on it that wasn’t supposed to be on it order a BLT the bacon looked raw like it just came off a pig‘s butt
And I’m pretty sure the BLT doesn’t have chicken

we live a half hour away from this location called to complain as for a refund or for them to do a remake and come back the next day they did not do either so we threw away the sandwich the bacon on the second sandwich look raw and disgusting half the toppings that we’re on the sandwich didn’t ask for so the toppings that were for the first sandwich got put on the second sandwich so I got one sandwich was a plain sandwich the second sandwich Has everything else on it. It’s like the first sandwich had a baby with the second sandwich and the baby was the mess.
The second sandwich, the baby ““ had chicken on it. The sandwich didn’t come with chicken nor did I ask for chicken, but there it is got a little extra I guess.

Ordered 3 subs and took them home to discover they switched the toppings on the two footlong subs. Since the one sub has jalapeños on it the person it was intended for couldn’t eat it. What a waste. Tried to contact the manager but they don’t answer their phone and when I emailed corporate twice they resolved the case by doing nothing and didn’t even reach out. Poor customer service!!
