  Kevin was our server for my family of five dining in. He was very attentive and hospitable. I appreciated the check ins with us and the polite small talk. Years ago the vibe was much more lively with a lot more customers. I'm glad to see someone is working to keep it somewhat like it used to be.

  Like others have said, the food is good but the customer service at this location sucks; it's really bad. There are employees working but the register is ignored like 75% of the time. If you don't assert yourself to the staff, they will ignore you for several minutes (and they do see you...). And when they do come over, they don't even greet you. Most of the time they just stare at you waiting for YOU to say something. The person at the register more than likely stares at the register screen and avoids eye contact. There's also attitude all over their face and just a small amount of eye-rolling. I come here often and try to give the benefit of the doubt but after multiple visits of the service being awful, I think it's either a horrible place to work? Or they hire some strange people. Or both. If you come here and you notice the service is questionable, welcome to the club! Nope, they're always like that! Only reason I give it 2 stars for service instead of 1 is because there is one guy who works there usually at night who, although not exuberantly warm or friendly, acknowledges you and even remembers customers names (he remembered mine). I hope you get that guy, he's nice comparatively to everyone else.
