- KRKathy RichardsonNov 29, 20255.0Yelm welcomes Baskin-Robins!! About a week ago I was driving through Yelm and noticed the Baskin-Robins logo on one of the neon signs. I did not recall seeing any advertising or even hearing one was opening. Last night, after driving to Olympia for an ultrasound, yes, the results from the collision 9 years ago, is still rearing its ugly head, Ray and I stopped in to check then out. Baskin-Robins and Jimmy John’s share the same location where the previously failed barbecue restaurant was located. The staff called this a mini B/R, but I saw no difference in the number of ice cream flavors, cones, cups, shakes, or ready to go options. Ray and I were there around 8:45 PM and thought they were preparing to close. We learned they were going to be open until 11:00 PM. No rush then. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they were definitely in the learning stages of their job. We learned they had opened on 11/11 with no fanfare which explained why it took seeing the sign to even realize there was a restaurant in the complex. Ray and I each ordered sundaes with hot fudge topping. They also offer hot caramel and a peanut butter. Don’t stand in the way of a hot fudge purist!! As we have not eaten out in quite some time, it did not occur to me to take pictures of our sundaes until they were partially eaten. So, I only took pictures of the B/R side. It is nice to see another restaurant in Yelm that is not a pizza, or coffee stand. They seem to be inundated with those. Now there is a 3rd sandwich shop. We ate our sundaes in the restaurant and headed home. We will return!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
