  They forgot two of our three drinks, and didnt give us the sauces or fry seasoning for my daughter's Kpop Demon Hunter meal. If it had been busy I would be more understanding, but it was not busy when we visited.

  I was getting frustrated by how long it took to get my coffee, but there was this woman, she's a Black woman, I didn't catch her name. But she had a big smile on her face even though it was super busy. She had pep in her step and I really appreciate seeing that hustle while everyone else was just waltzing around calmly during the rush. She was really encouraging to her teammates, she didn't get frustrated, not once, where most would have lost their cool. She sounded southern, referring to people as babe and baby. It was very endearing. Her energy was IMMACULATE! I find most times when I leave reviews, it was because of a bad experience. It's rare I leave one because someone left such a lasting impression. But she had that much of an impact, this woman deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you for brightening my day with your smile, and keep up the amazing work! 🙏🏻

  Slowest, most unorganized location i have visited. Waiting half an hour for food is absolutely unacceptable. Next time we are in town we definitely will not come to this location.

  McDonald's has been slipping for years and this place is a great example. The greater problems with McDonald's aside (higher prices for cheaper worse food) this place used to have a uniqueness in its decorations but has been since gutted and sterilized into a bland gross place. But now this location is charging for condiments! Literally got breakfast at a different location yesterday and they give a couple packets of salsa or ketchup no problem, here you have to pay extra. Absurd and greedy and not worth paying for. The only McDonalds I had to pay for condiments before was in Russia, so bad look. Avoid this location if you can, nothing worth from the food, atmosphere, service or now definitely price.
