  Placed an order online for delivery to my business. Set payment as cash. Received a call a little bit later telling me if I payed right then with card over the phone they would get the order right out to me, but if I wanted to pay when they show up it would be 35-40 minutes. You should not be penalized for paying cash, especially when delivery is to a place of business.

  Eddie is helpful, friendly and caring. Not only he is doing his best to help the customers, he is patient and helpful to the new employees he was training. Eddie should be employee of the month.

  I had my sandwich delivered to the courthouse. The delivery driver handed my sandwich off to someone near the elevator and asked if they could take it and pass it a long. They then told the woman that their "keeping the tip". Luckily it ended up actually being a coworker of mine. Very irresponsible and unprofessional to pass someone's food off to a random person in a public building.

  This Jimmy John’s was a disaster from the second I walked in. The staff acted like taking my order was a personal insult. My sandwich looked like it had been slapped together by someone who actively hated me—dry bread, limp vegetables, barely any meat. Total garbage. The place was filthy, the service was slow, and the whole experience felt like a prank. I walked out mad, still hungry, and wondering how a sandwich shop can fail this hard. Never coming back.
