They have always been the one kept their value prices available and have nice options for seniors like free senior drinks if you ask for them and adjustability on their value items as far as options and substitutions, we will definitely be back here again

Service is still a 4 bc the manager didn’t charge me again. Will I ever go back to that Wendy’s??? Probably not 😳🤣🤦🏾♀️

- LGLynda GNov 10, 20253.0I went through the drive through ordered my meal and paid at the window. They asked me to please pull up to the front of the building as my order wasn't ready yet. I'm waiting in the front for about 15 mins when I see someone come out with food, but walk over to another car that had just pulled in. I call inside to get a status on my order, and the manager tells me we already gave you your food, I inform her that I have not received my food, and she starts arguing that she just watched him walk over to my car and give it to me. I told her that he gave my food to the other car, at this point she starts calling me a liar. While I'm on the phone being called a liar, the people from the other car knock on my window to hand me the food and say I think this was meant for you and not us. They gave my food to the wrong car and called me a liar. No apology. This was around 10pm.
