I went through the drive through ordered my meal and paid at the window. They asked me to please pull up to the front of the building as my order wasn't ready yet. I'm waiting in the front for about 15 mins when I see someone come out with food, but walk over to another car that had just pulled in. I call inside to get a status on my order, and the manager tells me we already gave you your food, I inform her that I have not received my food, and she starts arguing that she just watched him walk over to my car and give it to me. I told her that he gave my food to the other car, at this point she starts calling me a liar. While I'm on the phone being called a liar, the people from the other car knock on my window to hand me the food and say I think this was meant for you and not us. They gave my food to the wrong car and called me a liar. No apology. This was around 10pm.

I ordered a Son of Baconator but was charged for a Baconator. When I pointed it out, the manager told me to my face that what I had was a Baconator, even though it wasn’t, and said they would give me a Son of Baconator instead. But when my food and receipt were brought back out — by someone else, not the manager — it was the exact same burger I had before.
This was after 10 p.m., there was no one else in line, and the manager wasn’t busy. I never saw her again after she told me the first time that my order was a Baconator.
I normally wouldn’t have a problem if it were just a mistake — people make mistakes. The issue is that they lied to me about it, acted like they were right when they weren’t, and never once apologized. Instead, the staff who made the mistake and the manager both hid in the back rather than take responsibility, even though they knew they were wrong.
