My friend and I ordered Taco Bell one night to eat while watching a show. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito, my friend ordered 3 soft potato tacos with no cheese since he has a severe dairy allergy and is vegan. After checking his food, we found an abundance of cheese and some beef inside the tacos. Management needs to fix something!

This was a serious and unacceptable mistake. My wife is strictly vegetarian, and she ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap. I ordered the regular Crunchwrap (with beef).
The items were mixed up and mislabeled, and my wife was given the beef Crunchwrap instead of the black bean version. Because the label was wrong, she unknowingly ate meat and didn’t realize it until she was halfway through.
She is now sick to her stomach. This is not a minor order error. This is a failure in food preparation and labeling. Customers rely on correct labeling for dietary, ethical, and health reasons.
If this can happen with vegetarian orders, it raises serious concerns about how other dietary restrictions are handled. Management needs to address order accuracy and staff training immediately. Picture below is the crunch wrap labled "beef" but its the blackbean wrap.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. The food was, well crapy. I went through the drive through, twice. The first time I ordered the boxes with the Chaloupas. The second time through was about 15 minutes later. The second time I ordered for our daughter and her husband. Well all the drinks did NOT have any Ice, so they were cool, NOT cold. I did have any sour cream in our 5 layer burritos, which would have made them a 4 layer burritos. Well, they were missing two ingredients which made them a 2 layer burrito. And all the tortillas were dry and tough. The chaloupas were dry and tough as well. We couldn't eat them. I was too tired to go back for a third time to complain. NEVER going back to this tacobell, NEVER!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a #6 (2 Chicken Chalupa Supremes and a crunchy taco). I asked if I could get 2 Beef Chalupas , loaded and spicy and a soft taco with a large papsi instead and he said yes. Then I ordered the burrito that my husband wanted and his large Baja blast and said we wanted fire sauce and avacado salsa. When we got to the window and paid the $31 then the kid asked us if we wanted any sauces?! (I just told him at the speaker. When I said, AGAIN, fire sauces and avocado salsa he said, "The avocado salsa is $.20 each how many do you want?" Si I said nevermind ill just do fire sauce (cuz I wasn't going to run my card again for $.40. Then we get home and start to eat and they gave me Chicken Chalupad anyways with a bunch of what was suppose to be bacon bits but it's just a bunch of fat. GROSS!!! SO I didn't eat. What a waste of money. The receipt is correct so how did they get my food wrong!?!?! Terrible!?!?!
