  I got 2 , 8 dollar box’s and the lady asked if i wanted them classic or supreme and i asked what was the difference, what was in them so she told me the difference and when i went to pay at window she’s charging me $30 dollars so i said y so much she never told me there was guna b a up charge for jalapeños bacon witch first its bacon bites cold and big fat clumps i was not satisfied with that she never told me when i ordered that they were guna charge so much for bacon jalapeños and i asked for nachos with cheese instead i got cinnamon sticks

  I stopped by Taco Bell recently and honestly had a really great experience. Food: 5/5 Everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. No complaints at all — it hit the spot. Service: 5/5 I went through the drive-thru and Daniel helped me out. I just want to say thank you to him for being patient with me while I was digging around for my money (it took me a minute 😅). He may have messed up a couple times on my change, but he handled it professionally and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He did an amazing job and was super respectful. Atmosphere: 5/5 Even through the drive-thru, everything felt organized and smooth. The line moved quickly and the staff seemed on top of things. Overall, great experience. Shoutout to Daniel again — hope to see you there next time!

  Im actually super mad at this taco bell. This is like the 5th time that I've paid for extra sauces and haven't received those sauces.

  1 hour wait for a soft taco ...was fried...chicken cantina soft taco was not made in the right tortilla and they fried it!! Also no toilet paper in restrooms...mgr said they ran out
