There was a young, tall kid working who was absolutely despicable and SHOULD NOT BE WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He told my son & his grandma "he has to get the app" and of course my kid's phone was dead. So they leave, went home to charge his phone and returned a couple hours later having added the app, plus created an account. So same kid when my 12 year old son & his Grandma returned. They walk-in and his Grandma says "he put the app on his phone, does he get a free donut?" The kid stood there mute and dumbfounded, said not 1 word, so she mentioned that on the door it says he does. So in a snooty voice he replied "you get 3!" So he boxed them up and asked, again in a rude tone, anything else? And they said yes, purchasing a donut for his Grandma too. "ANYTHING ELSE?!", he said 1 more time. Maybe do some house cleaning or offer customer service training, because they did not deserve that! It's a kid and his Grandma, so of all people. Smh☹️
